We target a variety of fish including cobia, speckled trout, flounder, puppy drum, stripers, and more.  Captain Dave will use his local knowledge to give you the most enjoyable Outer Banks Fishing Charters experience.  If you are staying in Duck, Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, Corolla, Kill Devil Hills, or even Hatteras – you are only a short drive from the dock! We charter all skill levels from beginners to expert anglers.  Whether you want a nice day on the water with some fishing on the side, or a full day of rod bending action, we will do our best to accommodate you. Salt Minded Charters also invite you to bring the kids. Watching the little ones smiles on their faces when they get to bait, hook, and reel in the fish all on their own is a great feeling!  We will provide professional assistance and provide useful information that children can apply to all types of fishing!
