I had Stevie, David, Jack, and Ken with me this morning. We caught a bunch of trout right out of the gate. The catch of the day was Stevies pretty striper that ate a gulp shrimp. I had Hunter and his crew this morning for some speckled trout fishing. We had great action from start to finish as we limited out on specks. We also found a nice keeper drum in the mix. We spent last hour of the trip trying for a flounder. We hooked one but it was about 8 inches. Thanks guys!
In the afternoon I had Todd and his stepson Dustin on board with me to get off land and put some meat in the box. We had alot of action, but the fish shrunk from this morning so alot of them were short strikes or non keepers. We ended up with enough for dinner, but plenty of smiles and a great memory for them. Thanks a lot, lets do it again guys!
Fished with Matt this morning scouting out some new locations and checking up on some old honey holes. Both produced and we caught a variety of fish including trout, flounder, stripers, spot, croakers, and pinfish. We also tried a few different lures and techniques that paid off too.
